A huge congratulations to everyone on the Zero Gravity Climbing Team. You all did exceptionally well this year.
In Northern California there were 9 climbers who qualified for the US Team, 5 of those were Zero Gravity Climbers.
Cicada became the National Champion for the Third year in a row, easily dominating her category.
Sera Busse was 2nd and is the favorite to win the F-D next year.
Simon Benkert was 2nd. Lost to Daniel Woods by a clip, that's .01 of a point! Simon is training hard for the Youth World Championships in Imst, Austria at the end of August.
Gabi Masse was 5th and would have qualified for the US Team if she wasn't Canadian.
Emily Childress was 7th.
Dakota Schwarts was 16th.
Hannah Le made semis and I am so proud of her honesty. She pulled onto the wall and her foot popped. She lightly dabbed the ground, went to pull on again and stepped off because she knew she had touched the ground. We love that integrity.
